1. Appointment

​

Appointments can be made via online booking, email, phone or even facebook messenger. New clients receive a text message to complete your health intake & covid form; this ensures a 60 minute massage treatment without time taken completing forms. Your appointment arrival time will be agreed to when you book. We allow plenty of time between appointments to ensure that you start on time. It would be appreciated if you arrive no more than 5 minutes early to ensure the previous client has time to leave. If you do arrive earlier, please wait in your car and we will see you when your treatment is ready. *Please refer to the cancellation policy.

 2. Prices

 

Every effort is made to ensure our prices are reflected accurately across all mediums including our website, facebook page etc. It is possible that mistakes are made which may cause our prices to differ. Please refer to the website for accurate and up to date pricing, you will be charged the price shown on the website.

3. Cancellation Policy

​

No-shows and last minute cancellations are difficult for our business and it means other clients who much needed and waiting, they miss out. Also means our therapist lost their income

You can cancel or reschedule anytime via phone, Facebook messenger, or email with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee ($52.5) and Full charge for No-Show or or cancelation in last 60mins ($105.00)

For booking via online and with phone we charge $50.00 non-refundable deposit.

The charging of cancellation fee is to be fair for our all client who willingly paid. Please keep in track your appointment.

 

*For recurring member who set up their regular appointments up front a year schedule every week, fortnightly and monthly will be kept until clients request to finalised.

 

Automatic cancellation of recurring schedule if :

more then 3 appointments have been cancelled by client in 2 months, we suggest to change schedule or cancel.

 

total 5 appointments cancelled in 3 months, it will be automatically cancelled with client notice. It is for other client who is waiting to get the year plan.

4. Inappropriate Conduct

 

Under no circumstances will sexual comments or advances, or aggressive comments, or gestures be tolerated. Anything of this nature will result in termination of the appointment, with full payment expected.

 

 

5. Health and hygiene practices (Reference Covid-19 policy below)

 

Health and hygiene is taken seriously and evaluated regularly at DeepFix Remedial Massage.

The studio is a clean and sanitary environment where your health and the health of your therapist is a primary concern.

Each client receives fresh, clean coverings. We use disposable stuff and all other fabric coverings are thoroughly washed in hot water before they are ready for the next client. Floor surfaces cleaned every treatment, and rubbish bins emptied multiple times a day. Massage oils are disensed from a pump bottle.

Our treatment room is closed to food under any circumstances. No odor-causing food, including takeaway food, may be allowed into the treatment room. This is for odor-sensitive pregnant women or customers suffering from other diseases. The exceptions are sweets, drinks, and candies that prevent hypoglycemics shock. If this is violated, the therapist may cancel the treatment.

 6. Gift Certificates

 

Gift certificates are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

Gift Certificates can only be redeemed by the individual gift certificate holder; however they may be redeemed over multiple appointments. Gift certificates are subject to the cancellation or reschedule policy.
